Our policy is simple...
We never have access to your financial information, we don't store or process it. Our payment provider PayPal does all this work, keeping you safe and giving our customers peace of mind.
We won't email you with adverts, we know how anoying spam is, we arn't going to add to it. If you want to keep up with our new products, become a fan of us on FaceBook. We will have an RSS feed soon, so watch the bottom bar for that all important RSS symbol.
You don't have to give us your phone number, we don't need it to process your order, however if there's a problem with your order, or we have a question, it's usually quicker to give you a ring instead of emailing you. We don't sell your details to anyone, no matter what the price.

Your credit / debit card details are eyncripted at your computer, before they are transmitted over the internet using a Secure Socket Layer protocol. You'll see a small padlock in the address bar of the page you are entering your details in to.
If you're unsure about anything, drop us an message on our contact page and one of our friendly staff team will be happy to help you. We try to respond to messages within 4 hours, but we're only human, so allow up to 24 hours for a response.
