Distant selling act

You are covered by the distant selling act when making purchases from our online store.

This means that you have 7 days "cooling off" period. You can return un-opened, un-used items for a full refund (less £1.50 per item), but you must cover the return postage costs yourself.

Please notify us as soon as you wish to return the item(s) within the 7 day period. Be aware that items must be in their original unworn condition.

Defective items

All our garments are checked before being shipped out to you. In the unlikely event you receive a defective item, please contact us for a replacement. This will not cover damage caused by neglect on your part. If the item has been damaged in transit, you will need to contact the courrier directly for any claims.

Unwanted items

If you don't want an item, please contact us to arrange a return. If you just want a different size, please contact us to arrange this, you will need to cover the return postage, and also pay £1.50 per item.
